Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. All travel bookings are provided by third-party Suppliers. Sunset Discoveries acts as an agent to arrange travel. We are not liable for Supplier cancellations, delays, changes, strikes, schedule changes, or any other issues outside of our control. Your booking is subject to the Supplier’s own terms and conditions as well as these Terms.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policies vary by Supplier and booking type. Some bookings may be non-refundable or incur penalties. You are responsible for understanding and agreeing to the Supplier’s cancellation and refund terms at the time of booking.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other risks. Sunset Discovered is not responsible if you choose not to purchase travel insurance.
8. Responsibility & Liability
Sunset Discoveries:
- Is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay resulting from travel, including force majeure events (weather, strikes, terrorism, natural disaster, pandemics, government action, etc.).
- Makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of travel information on the Site(https://sunsetdiscovered.com).

13. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Disclaimer
By submitting payment and completing a booking with Sunset Discoveries, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All travel bookings made through Sunset Discoveries are final once payment is processed, unless otherwise stated in writing. Sunset Discoveries acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers (including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators), and all reservations are subject to the supplier’s individual terms and cancellation policies.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your credit card company or financial institution for services that have been properly rendered, confirmed, or booked on your behalf.
Chargebacks will be considered invalid under the following circumstances:
- You failed to review or understand cancellation, refund, or change policies prior to booking.
- You changed your mind or are unable to travel for personal reasons.
- A supplier enforces its non-refundable or penalty-based policy.
- Delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations caused by suppliers, weather, government action, or force majeure events.
- You failed to purchase recommended travel insurance.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting Sunset Discoveries to attempt resolution, we reserve the right to:
- Provide documentation (including signed agreements, booking confirmations, emails, and payment records) to dispute the chargeback.
- Recover any fees incurred due to the chargeback process.
- Terminate current and future services with the client.
- Restrict access to future bookings.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate financial institutions and collections agencies.
By completing your booking, you confirm that:
- You authorized the transaction.
- You received confirmation of services booked.
- You understand and accept the supplier’s terms and Sunset Discoveries’ policies.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee/United States. Any dispute will be resolved under those laws, and any legal action will be in courts located in Shelby County/Memphis/Tennessee/United States.
